Upvote ("the Company") collects the following information to operate this website.
- Contact form submissions: company name, contact name, email, monthly budget range, message. Only when voluntarily submitted by the user.
- Website usage data: page views, click events, referrer, generalized location, device type. Collected via Google Analytics 4.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, access time. Automatically collected via Cloudflare for security and operational purposes.
2. How we use information
- Responding to inquiries and consultations
- Analyzing website traffic and content performance
- Improving service quality and user experience
- Legal compliance and abuse prevention
3. Third-party tools
The Company uses the following third-party services. Each service's privacy policy applies separately.
4. Retention periods
- Contact form data: retained up to 3 years after consultation closes, then deleted. Where contracts are signed, statutory retention periods apply.
- Google Analytics data: auto-deleted after 26 months (GA4 default).
- Cloudflare logs: 30 days for security analysis.

The Company does not sell or rent personal information. We share only in the following limited cases.
